Key Responsibilities

- Manage PickleHunters Instagram, Facebook and other social-media channels.

- Plan and maintain a monthly social-media content calendar.

- Write engaging captions, posts, stories, Reel scripts and promotional messages.

- Respond professionally to comments, DMs and community enquiries.

- Communicate with pickleball players, clubs, coaches and tournament organizers.

- Support player and club onboarding through calls, messages and social media.

- Identify content trends and develop creative campaign ideas.

- Coordinate with designers, video editors and other team members.

- Create basic social-media graphics using Canva.

- Record or present short videos and Reels when required.

- Monitor reach, engagement, follower growth and campaign performance.

- Maintain PickleHunter’s premium, friendly and consistent brand voice.

- Build relationships with sports communities, creators and potential partners.

- Assist with online and offline community activities, launches and events.

Required Skills

- Excellent spoken and written English.





- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Reels and current social-media trends.

- Good copywriting and interpersonal communication skills.

- Ability to communicate confidently through telephone calls, video meetings and messages.

- Working knowledge of Canva and basic video-editing applications.

- Creativity, attention to detail and a strong sense of visual presentation.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

- Skilled, friendly and confident personality.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, Media or a related field.

- Previous experience with a sports, fitness, lifestyle, hospitality, events or consumer-facing brand.

- Experience in community management, influencer coordination or public relations.

- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social-media analytics.

- Comfortable appearing in occasional brand videos will be an advantage.
