Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Content Developer with 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing to create engaging content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for developing thought leadership content, social media campaigns, employee branding content, and audience engagement strategies that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Create compelling content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms.
- Develop LinkedIn posts, articles, executive branding content, and employer branding campaigns.
- Write engaging captions, social media copy, and campaign content tailored to target audiences.
- Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and business teams to create impactful visual and written content.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience interests to generate relevant content ideas.
- Optimize content for engagement, reach, and lead generation.
- Monitor content performance and prepare analytics reports with actionable insights.
- Support social media campaigns, webinars, events, and product promotions through engaging content.




- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all channels.

Required Skills

- 1-3 years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Robust understanding of LinkedIn marketing and personal branding.
- Experience in creating content for B2B and B2C audiences.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing trends.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize content performance.
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related fields.
- Experience managing corporate LinkedIn pages and executive profiles.
- Knowledge of AI content tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or content optimization platforms.
- Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns.
