Position: Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and result-driven Social Media Manager to lead social media planning, content strategy, execution, and performance analysis across multiple client accounts.

The ideal candidate is passionate about digital trends, understands audience behaviour, and can leverage modern tools, including Canva and AI-powered platforms , to create high-quality content efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands and clients.
- Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Write engaging captions, post copies, and content briefs.
- Design social media creatives using Canva.
- Utilize AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, research, image generation, and workflow optimisation.
- Manage and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and other platforms.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital opportunities.
- Coordinate with design, content,



and performance marketing teams.
- Manage influencer collaborations and user-generated content initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organisational and project management abilities.
- Creativity combined with analytical thinking.

Required Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Prior agency experience will be preferred.
- Proven portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content strategies.
