1.Operate and monitor ASM SMT Pick & Place machines for PCB assembly production.

2.Set up machines according to production requirements, including feeders, components, programs, and PCB specifications.

3.Load and verify SMT components and feeders as per BOM and component list.

4.Run production according to approved SMT programs, line setup, and work instructions.

5.Monitor machine performance and identify errors such as component pickup problems, feeder issues, nozzle problems, and placement errors.

6.Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with SMT Engineers/Technicians for machine-related issues.

7.Maintain proper production records, machine logs, rejection reports, and downtime records..

8.Follow ESD, safety, 5S, and production quality procedures.

9.Carry out routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of the SMT machine.

10.Minimize component wastage, machine downtime, and production defects.

11.Work closely with SPI, AOI, reflow, printer, and other SMT line operators to maintain smooth production.
