- Conduct regular skating training sessions for students as per the school’s sports schedule.

- Teach basic and advanced skating techniques, including balance, speed, turning, stopping and skating drills.

- Plan age-appropriate and skill-based training programmes for students.

- Ensure proper warm-up, stretching and fitness activities before and after skating sessions.

- Strictly monitor students and ensure the use of appropriate safety gear during every session.

- Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, positive and encouraging environment for students.

- Identify students with potential and provide specialised training for competitive skating.

- Prepare and train students for inter-school, district, state and other skating competitions.

- Assess students’ performance and maintain records of their progress and participation.

- Coordinate with the Sports Department,



teachers and school management regarding training schedules and student performance.

- Ensure proper care, maintenance and safe usage of skating equipment and the skating area.

- Organise skating events, demonstrations and competitions within the school.

- Encourage students to develop sportsmanship, confidence, discipline, teamwork and physical fitness.

- Report any injury, safety concern or equipment-related issue immediately to the concerned school authority.

- Participate in school sports events, annual functions and other activities as assigned by the management.
