Job Summary

SastaSundar is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate with contractors and workers, and ensure that work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of work.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, and other site personnel.

- Read and interpret civil drawings and layouts.

- Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports.

- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.

- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

- Coordinate with engineers and project teams regarding site requirements and progress.

- Identify and report site-related issues and support timely resolution.

- Monitor material usage and ensure proper utilization of resources.

- Ensure project activities are completed within the planned timelines.





- Maintain proper documentation and records related to site activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

- 6 months to 2 years of relevant site supervision experience.

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD is required.

- Basic knowledge of civil construction, drawings, measurements, and site execution.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage workers and coordinate with contractors.

- Willingness to work at the Baruipur site.

- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

- Employment Type: Full-time.
