Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Current Delhi-NCR. This role oversees day-to-day site operations for interior design projects, ensuring that work is executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and agreed timelines.

The Site

Supervisor coordinates with designers, contractors, vendors, and suppliers, manages site schedules, supervises installation of materials and finishes, and monitors safety and compliance on site. The role includes regular site visits, progress reporting, issue resolution, and documentation of project milestones.

Supervisor also supports procurement follow-up,



quality checks of delivered materials, and client walk-throughs to ensure a smooth handover.

Qualifications

- Experience supervising interior fit-out or construction sites, in high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of interior design drawings, technical details, material specifications, and installation processes.
- Proficiency in site coordination, vendor and contractor management, and basic project scheduling and reporting tools along with knowledge of Drafting and designing in AUTOCAD.
- Knowledge of safety standards, site compliance requirements, and quality control practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, designers, and on-site teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems independently, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, interior design, construction management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar supervisory role and familiarity with projects in the New Delhi region is an advantage.
