Position: SITE SUPERVISOR TRAINEE

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Site Supervisor Trainee to join our team and build a career in Civil & Interior project supervision.

Requirements:

- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related qualification
- Valid 2-Wheeler Driving Licence is mandatory
- Must know Malayalam, English & Hindi
- Basic knowledge of Civil & Interior works
- Ability to understand drawings and site requirements
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and work at project sites
- Ability to coordinate with workers and monitor daily site activities

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in supervising civil and interior site works
- Coordinate with workers, contractors and project teams
- Monitor work progress and quality
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
- Assist with material coordination and site requirements
- Maintain daily site updates and reports
