Key Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise daily field labor, work execution, and earthwork/concrete/road operations.
- Ensure execution matches provided layout drawings, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Track daily raw material usage in office and coordinate stock requirements with the Store Officer.
- Maintain daily work logs, labor attendance, and report progress to the Civil Site Engineer.
Preferred Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on site supervision experience in HPPWD, PMGSY, road, or hydro projects.
- Strong manpower management and site discipline control.
Pay: ₹15,157.06 - ₹30,394.22 per month
