Project: Cross-Country Raw Water Pipeline (46 km, 1400 mm dia) — Anuppur Thermal Energy (MP) Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh (Site-based)

Duration: 12 Months (project-based, extendable as per site progress)

Qualification

- Diploma/ITI in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (Degree holders may also apply)

Experience
- 3+ years supervisory experience on cross-country pipeline or industrial piping projects, with exposure to pipe diameters of 1400 mm or above
- Prior work experience on power plant or steel plant project sites preferred
- Experience supervising erection gangs (fitter/welder/rigger/helper crews) on pipeline fit-up and welding fronts

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day execution of assigned reach(s) — excavation, pipe laying, welding, backfilling — ensuring progress matches the approved schedule
- Deploy and manage erection gangs (fitters, welders, riggers, helpers, gas cutters, grinders) as per daily work-front requirements




- Ensure safety compliance at site — PPE usage, permit-to-work adherence, secure rigging/lifting practices, and reporting of any near-miss/incident
- Maintain daily labour attendance, T&P; utilization log, and material consumption records
- Coordinate with QC for joint readiness (fit-up clearance) and post-weld NDT scheduling
- Assist Civil/Project Engineer in measurement-sheet preparation and joint verification with client representative
- Ensure housekeeping, material stacking (FIM handling), and site discipline as per client's safety/security guidelines
- Report daily progress, manpower deployment, and any site issues to the Civil Engineer/Project Manager
- Support mobilization and demobilization of gangs across multiple fronts as per the phased execution plan

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
