Position: Park Manager

Location: Sanskriti Darshan Park, Ghaziabad

Role Purpose The Park Manager owns end-to-end operations, revenue performance and visitor experience at the park. The role carries direct accountability for footfall and ticket revenue, staff and vendor management, statutory/authority coordination and day-to-day decision-making within a defined authority limit.

Key Responsibilities

Own the park's revenue targets — proactively drive ticket sales, footfall, and activity/parking revenue, not just report on them.

Build and manage corporate tie-ups and school-visit programmes to generate group bookings and incremental revenue.

Act as the park's primary point of contact with local municipal and government authorities — proactive liaison on approvals, licences, and civic matters, in addition to handling inspections and audits.

Lead and manage all on-payroll and outsourced staff at the park (Cashiers, Housekeeping, Security, Horticulture, Technical/MST, Parking, Transport) — rostering, performance, and discipline.

Ensure the park is maintained to standard across Technical, Housekeeping, Horticulture, Fire Safety and Customer Convenience equipment and services.

Manage petty cash, vendor coordination and AMC / repair & maintenance schedules within the approved monthly budget.





Own incident, emergency and escalation response at the park, coordinating with Fleet Manager, MST, Housekeeping, and Security teams.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly MIS and budget-vs-actual reports to the Regional General Manager.

Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and company SOPs across the park.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline; hospitality, facility management or park/leisure operations background preferred.

5–8 years of experience in facility management, hospitality, retail, or public-facing operations, with at least 1–2 years in a people-management role.

Demonstrated ability to drive revenue/sales targets, not only manage operations. Comfortable liaising with government/municipal authorities and external stakeholders. Proven experience managing multi-functional teams of 20+ staff across departments. Working knowledge of MS Office and basic MIS/budget reporting.

Willingness to be based on-site and available across shifts, weekends, and holidays as per park operating hours.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
