: Site Engineer Trainee (Civil)

Position: Site Engineer Trainee

Department: Projects / Construction

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Site Engineer and Project Manager in day-to-day site activities.
- Supervise ongoing civil works and ensure work is carried out as per drawings.
- Monitor labour productivity and report daily progress.
- Take site measurements and maintain measurement records.
- Check levels, dimensions, and quality of executed work.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the store for material requirements.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.
- Follow QA/QC procedures and rectify minor quality issues under guidance.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and company policies at site.
- Attend site meetings and support project coordination activities.
