HIRING: SITE EXECUTION ENGINEER – CIVIL

Location: Solan and Jawalaji, Himachal Pradesh

Employment: Full time | On-Site

Experience: 5–8+ Years

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Execution Engineer to manage day-to-day construction activities and ensure timely, quality execution of building projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day site execution.
- Execute RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, flooring and finishing works as per approved drawings.
- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, labour teams, vendors and consultants.
- Check measurements and quantities of executed work.
- Coordinate with the billing team for measurements and RA bills.
- Monitor material requirements, consumption and wastage.
- Ensure construction quality as per specifications and relevant IS codes.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site registers and records.




- Plan daily and weekly work targets and ensure timely completion.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with senior management/consultants for solutions.
- Ensure proper site safety and housekeeping.
- Monitor manpower and productivity at site.

Candidate Requirements

- 5–8+ years of relevant experience in building construction/site execution.
- Strong knowledge of RCC and finishing works.
- Positive understanding of structural and architectural drawings.
- Experience in subcontractor and labour management.
- Knowledge of measurements, BOQ and billing will be preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle site execution.
- Candidates already based in Himachal Pradesh/Solan will be preferred.
