Role Description The Site Engineer / Supervisor - Mechanical role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will oversee mechanical installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar thermal and radiant heating/cooling systems at project sites. Daily responsibilities include supervising on-site activities, coordinating with civil and structural engineers, ensuring adherence to design specifications, and monitoring quality control procedures.





The role involves planning and tracking project progress, preparing site reports, and communicating effectively with project managers, clients, and contractors to resolve technical or operational issues.

The Site

Engineer / Supervisor will also ensure compliance with safety standards and support continuous improvement in installation methods and system performance.

Qualifications

- Strong in office supervision skills with experience managing installation and commissioning activities at industrial or commercial project locations.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, external contractors, and clients, including clear documentation and reporting.
- Knowledge of quality control processes, standards, and inspection methods relevant to mechanical systems and construction sites.
- Familiarity with structural engineering concepts and the ability to collaborate with civil engineers and other technical disciplines.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; exposure to solar thermal or HVAC systems is an advantage.
- Understanding of safety regulations, site management practices, and basic project planning tools.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications and translate them into practical on-site tasks.
- Prior experience in energy, cleantech, construction, or building services projects is preferred.
