Builrode Construction Pvt Ltd is hiring a Site Engineer to coordinate residential renovation and interior-fit-out projects, from initial measurements through execution and handover. You will work closely with experienced civil-engineering leadership, designers and specialist trade teams.

We are looking for someone who plans ahead, checks workmanship carefully, raises problems early and keeps homeowners informed.

What you will own

- Site assessment: Take accurate measurements, document existing conditions and identify access, service and execution constraints. Provide quantity inputs for BOQs and estimates.
- Execution planning: Coordinate civil, waterproofing, plumbing, electrical, tiling, ceilings, carpentry and painting against approved drawings, specifications and schedules.
- Daily site control: Plan upcoming activities, manpower and material requirements. Track progress and resolve coordination issues before they delay the next trade.
- Quality checks: Inspect workmanship and document required plumbing and waterproofing tests before concealment. Escalate defects and technical uncertainties promptly.
- Quantity and material records: Verify subcontractor measurements, check deliveries and track consumption and wastage. Submit records for approval.
- Homeowner care: Coordinate society permissions and work restrictions. Maintain safety, housekeeping, dust protection and care of existing finishes, particularly in occupied homes.
- Reporting and changes: Maintain concise daily updates with photographs, progress, blockers and next steps.



Record variations and obtain written approval before additional work begins.
- Handover: Track snags, coordinate rectification and prepare completion records.

Final pricing, payment approvals and commercial commitments remain with project leadership. What you will bring

- A Diploma, B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience, including at least two years of hands-on residential renovation or interior-fit-out execution. Three to five years of directly relevant experience is preferred.

- Practical knowledge of finishing, waterproofing and coordination between civil, electrical, plumbing and carpentry work.
- Ability to read working drawings, including AutoCAD drawings, and use BOQs, measurement sheets and basic Excel. Advanced 3D design is not required.

- Clear Hindi communication and working English for drawings, specifications and basic reporting.
- Ability to travel between Noida sites and use mobile tools for photographs, checklists and updates.
- Reliable follow-through, accurate reporting and respectful communication with Stakeholders of the project.

You should be able to explain residential projects you personally handled and the decisions you made on site. Relevant execution experience is essential.
