You need to drive daily labour output, holding quality so work passes inspection the first time, keeping the client and PMC on our side, and building billing documentation that leaves no room to reject our RA bills. Execution speed is worthless to us if the work can't be measured, certified, and billed cleanly you're responsible for both.

Responsibilities

Site Execution & Labour Productivity

- Plan and drive daily work — set targets, allocate labour and subcontractor gangs, track output against plan.
- Get maximum, accurate output from labour: right manpower on the right task, minimal idle time, no rework.
- Ensure work is executed strictly to approved drawings and specifications — first time, right.
- Coordinate material availability at the site so work never stalls for want of supply.
- Maintain daily progress reports, labour reports, and site records.

Quality Control

- Inspect and clear each stage of work before it gets covered by the next.
- Enforce specification and IS-code / CPWD standards so nothing gets flagged at client inspection.
- Pre-empt snags — catch defects before the client's engineer does.

Client, PMC & Contractor Coordination

- Be the face of MKM on site — professional, responsive, and credible with clients, PMCs, and main-contractor teams.
- Handle site instructions, RFIs, and coordination without escalation for routine matters.
- Keep relationships smooth enough that certification and payment don't get held up.





Measurement & Billing (Non-Negotiable)

- Take and record accurate measurements — maintain the Measurement Book (MB) and measurement sheets meticulously.
- Get joint measurements signed by the client/PMC/main contractor at the right stage — no billing without agreed measurements.
- Prepare and support RA bills / running bills with complete, defensible backup.
- Reconcile executed quantities against BOQ and drawings; flag and document extra/variation work early with approvals.
- Track material reconciliation and wastage.
- Own the outcome: our bills get certified without rejection or heavy deduction.

Requirements

- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 3+ years on live construction sites, preferably with a contracting/subcontracting firm.
- Strong measurement and billing knowledge — MB, RA bills, BOQ, joint measurement practice. This is the core requirement, not a bonus.
- Able to read and work from structural, architectural, and finishing drawings.
- AutoCAD and strong MS Excel.
- Confident handling labour, subcontractors, and client-side engineers.
- Good communication (English + Hindi).
