VACANCY – SITE ENGINEER

Neamath Realty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and experienced Site Engineer to join our construction team.

Location: Palakkad, Kerala

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma in Civil Engineering with 1–2 years of relevant experience
- OR
- ITI – Civil/Construction Trade with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
- Coordinate and manage workers and subcontractors
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor material requirements and usage
- Check measurements and maintain site records
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project management
- Ensure proper progress and timely completion of assigned works




- Maintain safety and housekeeping at the site

Preferred Skills
- Good knowledge of residential construction
- Ability to manage labour efficiently
- Basic understanding of drawings and measurements
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work at construction sites
