Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, analytical, and highly organized Site Engineer to oversee daily operations at our construction projects. In this role, you will act as the technical backbone of the construction site. You will ensure that designs are executed accurately, safety standards are flawlessly maintained, and materials are utilized efficiently.The ideal candidate possesses strong engineering acumen, excellent problem-solving skills under pressure, and the leadership ability to effectively manage on-site subcontractors and site supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Site Execution: Interpret architectural blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accurate layout, leveling, and positioning of all structural elements.

- Supervision &
- Quality Control:

Oversee day-to-day site operations, monitoring subcontractors and laborers to guarantee work aligns perfectly with construction drawings and quality benchmarks.

- Setting Out &

- Surveying:

Establish structural reference points, centerlines, and levels across the site using surveying equipment (Total Station, Auto-level) before construction begins.

- Materials &

- Resource Management:

Check and approve the quality, quantity, and timely delivery of construction materials on-site, ensuring proper storage and minimizing waste.

- Progress Reporting: Maintain detailed daily site logs, track project timelines against the master schedule, and report progress, technical bottlenecks,



or delays to the Project Manager.

- Safety &

- Compliance:

Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols in office, ensuring all personnel utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and work safely.

- Problem Solving &

- RFIs:

Identify design discrepancies or practical challenges on-site early, and draft Requests for Information (RFIs) or coordinate with structural engineers to implement practical technical solutions.

Required Skills &

- Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.

- Experience: Atleast 5 years of proven experience working actively as a site or civil engineer on commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.

- Technical Competency: Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting structural and architectural blueprints, bar bending schedules (BBS), and concrete mix specifications.

- Software Skills: Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or specialized construction management software (e.g., Procore) is highly advantageous.

- Leadership &
- Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to direct labor teams, collaborate with architects, and report to senior management.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to work extended hours outdoors in varying weather conditions and navigate active, rigorous construction zones.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
