- Inspect incoming materials (concrete, steel, brickwork) against quality specifications.

- Read and interpret structural drawings and CAD layouts accurately on-site.

- Maintain daily site work logs and progress reports.

- Requirements & Skills:

- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and site surveying techniques.

- Strong local language (Telugu) communication skills for managing site labor.

Designer

- Job Title: Interior Designer (Residential & Commercial)





- Workplace Type: Hybrid / In office

- Job Type: Full-time / Project-based Contract

- Experience Required: 1 – 4 Years

- Key Responsibilities:

- Create detailed 2D layouts, 3D renders, and elevation plans for client approval.

- Select material palettes, lighting fixtures, modular woodwork finishes, and furnishings.

- Conduct site measurements and supervise execution alongside carpenters and vendors.

- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and project cost estimates.

- Requirements & Skills:

- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or V-Ray.

- Strong portfolio of completed residential or commercial projects.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹37,735.89 per month
