Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Site Civil Engineer located in Ahmedabad.

The Site Civil

Engineer will oversee day-to-day civil works at project sites, including supervision of construction activities, implementation of design drawings, and coordination with contractors and site teams.

Responsibilities include monitoring quality and safety standards, checking levels and layouts, verifying materials and workmanship, and supporting adherence to project timelines and budgets. The role involves working closely with architects and designers to resolve technical issues, ensuring civil engineering solutions align with the overall design intent.

The Site Civil

Engineer will also assist in documentation, reporting site progress,



and supporting inspections and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills for interpreting drawings, detailing structures, and implementing design solutions on site.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers, including site supervision, coordination with stakeholders, and practical understanding of construction processes.
- Planning skills for sequencing construction activities, resource allocation, and supporting project scheduling and progress tracking.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management for drainage planning, site grading, and integration of water management solutions into project designs.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Solid understanding of building codes, standards, and best practices related to civil works.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings; familiarity with basic engineering software and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to safety and quality at site.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with architects, contractors, and other site personnel.
- Previous experience in building projects (residential, commercial, or institutional) in a site-based role is an advantage.
