Job Summary:

We are looking for a Site Engineer to oversee the in office execution of architectural and interior design projects, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
- Ensure execution is as per approved architectural, interior, MEP, and structural drawings.
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship and address site-level deviations.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, project managers, consultants, and contractors.
- Track daily site progress, manpower, material deliveries, and project timelines.
- Identify delays or site issues and support timely corrective action.




- Coordinate material delivery, quantity verification, storage, and usage.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and conduct regular safety checks.
- Handle site measurements, layout markings, level setting, and technical coordination.
- Maintain site drawings, approvals, inspection records, site instructions, bills, and other project documentation.
- Support billing, handover, and project closure activities.
- Share site progress photos in the respective project groups at the start and end of each day.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in Architecture / Interior Design / Interior Fit-Out / Turnkey Projects will be preferred.
