Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Electrical Engineering role based in Jhansi.

The Site Electrical

Engineer will oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment within the power generation facility, ensuring compliance with safety standards and technical specifications. Daily responsibilities include inspecting and testing electrical systems, coordinating with civil and structural engineering teams, monitoring quality of electrical work, and supporting commissioning activities for new or upgraded units. The role involves preparing technical reports, documenting site activities,



and communicating effectively with project leaders, contractors, and other engineers to resolve issues and maintain project timelines.

The Site Electrical

Engineer will also support preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure reliable and efficient plant operations.

Qualifications

- In office project and field supervision skills, including familiarity with site safety practices (On Site, Quality Control)
- Ability to collaborate with civil and structural engineering teams on integrated power plant projects (Structural Engineering, Civil Engineers)
- Strong interpersonal and technical communication abilities for coordination with multidisciplinary teams (Communication)
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution
- Knowledge of power generation systems, electrical distribution, and relevant codes and standards
- Experience with electrical drawings, layouts, and equipment specifications; proficiency in relevant engineering software is an advantage
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, reliability, and quality in industrial or utility environments
- Ability to work in a plant setting, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing project requirements
