Anagha Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Site Engineer / Site Coordinator with a Civil Engineering background to coordinate and monitor our construction, waterproofing, painting, repair and maintenance projects across Bangalore.

The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site coordination, quality checking, labour supervision, material management, measurements, work progress monitoring and coordination with clients and the project team.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of civil construction and should be comfortable working at different project sites.

Role & Responsibilities

Site Coordination & Supervision

- Coordinate day-to-day activities at construction, waterproofing, painting, repair and maintenance sites.
- Supervise workers, applicators, painters, contractors and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved methodology, drawings and company standards.
- Plan daily work activities and coordinate manpower requirements.
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, apartment associations and contractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress and issues to management.

Waterproofing Work
- Supervise various waterproofing works including:

- Terrace waterproofing

- Toilet and balcony waterproofing

- Podium and basement waterproofing

- Water tank waterproofing

- Expansion/construction joint treatment

- Crack treatment

- Injection grouting
- PU/epoxy-based repair and sealing systems
- Ensure proper surface preparation, application procedure, thickness and curing as per the specified system.
- Check material usage and ensure products are used according to technical recommendations.
- Monitor waterproofing application and identify workmanship issues at an early stage.
- Conduct water tests / pond tests wherever applicable.

Painting & Finishing Works
- Supervise internal and external painting works.
- Check surface preparation, putty, primer, texture and paint application.
- Ensure correct number of coats and specified coverage.
- Monitor colour, finish and workmanship quality.
- Coordinate rectification of defects such as cracks, peeling, shade variation, dampness and uneven finish.

Civil Repair & Construction
- Supervise basic civil construction,



repair and rehabilitation works.
- Monitor plastering, masonry, concrete repair, crack repair and related activities.
- Check surface preparation and execution quality.
- Coordinate with skilled and unskilled labour for proper execution.
- Understand basic construction drawings and site requirements.

Quality Control
- Carry out regular quality inspections and workmanship checks.
- Ensure materials and application methods comply with project specifications.
- Identify defective or unacceptable work and coordinate rectification.
- Maintain site checklists, inspection records and quality reports.
- Take photographs of work stages for documentation.
- Ensure proper surface preparation before waterproofing, painting and repair applications.
- Monitor material storage and handling at site.

Measurement & Material Management
- Take site measurements and prepare basic measurement sheets.
- Verify quantities executed by workers/subcontractors.
- Monitor material consumption and wastage.
- Maintain records of materials received and consumed at site.
- Inform management about material requirements in advance.
- Assist in preparation and verification of bills and work measurements.

Client & Project Coordination
- Coordinate with clients, apartment associations, consultants and site representatives.
- Explain work progress and coordinate site access and work schedules.
- Attend site inspections and meetings when required.
- Communicate site issues immediately to the Project Manager / Management.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and residents during project execution.

Reporting
- Prepare daily site progress reports.
- Maintain labour attendance and manpower records.
- Report daily work completed, materials consumed and pending activities.
- Maintain photographs and documentation of important work stages.
- Escalate delays, quality issues, material shortages and site-related problems promptly.

Preferred Candidate Profile




- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- 14 years of experience in civil construction, waterproofing, painting, repair or building maintenance.
- Candidates with strong practical site knowledge will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of waterproofing systems, painting systems and civil repair works is an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings.
- Good knowledge of measurements and quantities.
- Good understanding of construction materials and application procedures.
- Should be capable of supervising workers and subcontractors.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Should be willing to travel to different project sites in Bangalore.
- Should have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Should be disciplined, responsible and proactive.
- Ability to identify site problems and find practical solutions.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / WhatsApp for reporting will be an advantage.
