Role Description The Siebel Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Siebel CRM environments. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurgaon and involves monitoring system performance, managing user accounts and access, and ensuring application availability and stability.

The role includes deploying releases and patches, troubleshooting Siebel-related issues, and coordinating with development and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents.

The Siebel

Administrator will also support data integrity efforts, perform routine backups and recovery activities,



and contribute to documentation of processes and best practices. Collaboration with project managers and business stakeholders to support ongoing CRM initiatives and improvements is a key part of the position.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Oracle Siebel CRM administration, including configuration, workplace management, and performance monitoring.
- Strong exposure needed in managing Siebel latest versions on Azure and OCI.
- Upgrade Knowledge needed to manage docker driven releases and planning upgrades.
- End to end upgrade knowledge preferrable.
- Experience working with Siebel-related technologies such as ODI, BIP is an additional plus.
- Skills in system troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis within complex CRM and middleware environments.
- Familiarity with database management concepts, backup and recovery procedures, and basic SQL for Siebel-related data operations.
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and configuration records for Siebel environments.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, manage priorities, and deliver tasks within agreed timelines.
- Prior experience in CRM-focused consulting or managed services environments is an advantage.
