Position Overview

We are seeking a refined, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Kochi showroom team. In this role, you will be the face of Kirthi Diamond Jewellery—guiding clients through our collection, managing bespoke order workflows directly with our manufacturing team, and overseeing showroom stock. The ideal candidate blends exceptional interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail to drive sales and ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities1. Client Experience & Retail Sales

- Consultative Selling: Greet high-profile clients, understand their preferences, and guide them through our certified diamond collections, traditional Kerala bridal jewellery, and modern fine designs.
- Bespoke Consultation: Assist clients with custom design requests, guiding them through diamond selections, gold purities, and design possibilities.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients,



managing repeat visits, special occasion reminders, and VIP inquiries.

1. Order Management & Manufacturing Liaison

- Production Coordination: Act as the direct bridge between the customer and our in-house manufacturing/CAD team for custom orders and alterations.
- Order Tracking: Submit precise job cards, communicate exact client specifications (finger size, diamond parameters, delivery timelines), and track production progress to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect completed pieces from manufacturing against customer job cards before scheduling client handovers.

1. Stock Maintenance & Showroom Operations

- Inventory Control: Conduct daily physical stock counts (opening and closing checks) for certified loose diamonds and finished gold/diamond jewellery.
- Merchandising: Ensure showroom displays, tray layouts, and counter aesthetics conform to luxury brand standards.
- Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock movement, log client demands, and coordinate with the store manager to request trending inventory or restock fast-selling designs.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5+ years of retail sales experience in fine jewellery, diamond luxury goods, or high-end retail.
- Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of gold purity (18K/22K), basic 4Cs of certified diamonds (GIA/IGI), and common jewellery settings.
- Interpersonal Skills: Warm, professional demeanor with strong negotiation, communication, and client-handling abilities.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
