On The Radar is hiring Short-Form Editors. Full-time and freelance opportunities available. We’re open to both full-time team members and freelance collaborators. For freelancers interested in joining full-time, there’s an opportunity to grow into that role if the collaboration is a strong fit.

We’re expanding our editing capacity and looking for someone who can match clean, high-aesthetic references, move quickly, and deliver reliably. You’ll work on content for established founders and personal brands with high standards.

The opportunity

- Full-time and freelance opportunities available
- Remote worldwide
- ASAP / rolling start
- Freelance capacity: minimum 15 shorts per month, with the potential to scale toward 30; full-time workload agreed separately
- 24–48-hour turnaround per assigned short
- Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

What you’ll do

- Edit short-form videos to match supplied references closely
- Clip long-form videos into compelling shorts when required
- Build clean motion graphics, text effects, pacing, and visual explanations
- Source suitable audio, quotes, and visual references when a brief requires it
- Select B-roll deliberately, clean audio, and deliver polished exports
- Colour grade footage where required; strong colour-grading ability is a bonus




- Follow brand-specific briefs and revision notes precisely
- Communicate blockers early and keep project files organised

You should apply if you

- Have work that closely resembles our reference styles
- Are proficient in Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Have a strong sense of urgency and excellent attention to detail
- Communicate clearly, work well with a team, and follow through on commitments
- If applying freelance, can complete a minimum of 15 shorts per month
- Have reliable hardware, stable internet, and disciplined file-handling habits
- Care about clean aesthetics more than excessive effects
