Job Summary The Shopify Website Operations Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Shopify website.

Key responsibilities include product listings, inventory and pricing updates, order monitoring, website maintenance, promotional campaigns and product categorization. The role will coordinate with warehouse, logistics, marketing and design teams to resolve issues, improve user experience and ensure smooth website operations. The executive will also maintain regular reports on sales, traffic and key website performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Manage the day-to-day operations and backend of the Shopify website.
- 1 – 3 years of hands-on experience with Shopify website operations preferred.
- Upload and update product listings, images,



pricing, SKUs, variants, collections and inventory.
- Monitor website orders, payments, checkout, shipping and fulfilment to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and monitor Shopify apps, integrations and automated Email, SMS and WhatsApp notifications.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Shopify Liquid and SEO will be preferred.
- Regularly check the website for errors, broken links, incorrect information and functionality issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, payment gateway, app support and development teams to resolve operational or technical issues.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, offers and website updates.
- Monitor Shopify analytics, including orders, conversion rate, traffic and abandoned checkouts, and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure accurate product information, consistent website presentation and a smooth customer experience.
- Identify operational issues and suggest process or website improvements based on performance data.
