**Role Description :

As a Shoot Producer – Content & Client Management, you will be the person responsible for making sure our shoots actually work — creatively, operationally and from the client's perspective.

You'll be at the client's location during shoots, working closely with the client and our internal production team to make sure we capture everything required for the planned content.

But your job doesn't end when the camera stops rolling.

After the shoot, you'll work closely with our editors, communicate the client's expectations and explain what needs to be achieved from the footage captured.

You will be the bridge between the Client → Content Team → Shoot Team → Editor → Final Video.

REQUIREMENTSMust Have:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in content production, digital media, advertising, production houses or a similar domain.

• Previous experience working on shoots.

• Good understanding of video/content production workflows.

• Strong verbal communication skills.

• Robust client-handling skills.

• Good understanding of social media content and short-form videos.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Willingness to work on-ground and travel for client shoots.

Bonus if you have:• Experience working with brands or agencies.

- Experience coordinating with cinematographers, photographers, editors or creative teams.
- Basic understanding of video editing/post-production.
- Experience in handling client feedback.
- Good creative sense and understanding of visual storytelling.
- Experience working with healthcare, fashion, F&B;, lifestyle, corporate or other brand content.

IMPORTANTWe are specifically looking for candidates who are comfortable working in Hyderabad and who can communicate effectively with clients and teams in Telugu and English.
