Role: Production Planning & Monitoring DWM / Manpower & Material Planning To support the MC Shop expansion by effectively planning and monitoring manpower, materials, and daily production activities through DWM (Daily Work Management). The role will focus on improving productivity, ensuring smooth production flow, and providing timely visibility of production performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and monitor Daily Work Management (DWM) plans for MC Shop operations.

- Plan and allocate manpower based on production requirements, workload, and machine capacity.

- Monitor material availability and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid production interruptions.

- Track daily production against planned targets and identify gaps.

- Monitor manpower productivity, machine utilization, and production efficiency.

- Analyze production losses, downtime, bottlenecks, and manpower-related issues.

- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and other support functions to ensure smooth operations.

- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly production and productivity reports.

- Identify opportunities for productivity improvement, manpower optimization, and process efficiency.





- Support capacity planning and resource requirements for MC Shop expansion.

- Escalate production constraints and ensure timely corrective actions.

- Drive adherence to production plans, standard work practices, and performance targets.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, line balancing, and waste reduction.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Positive understanding of production planning and shop-floor operations

- Knowledge of manpower and material planning

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to monitor and interpret production data

- Good coordination and communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel and production monitoring systems

- Knowledge of DWM, productivity improvement, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen will be an advantage.
