Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ professional to join our team in a long-term production support role. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to independently analyze and resolve production issues.

Mandatory Skills

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ configuration and troubleshooting
- Experience in production support / application support
- Strong debugging, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of CPQ processes, product configuration, pricing, discounting, and quote generation
- Experience handling production incidents, defects, and service requests
- Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership of issues
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work in IST and PST time zones





Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce CPQ applications.
- Investigate and resolve CPQ-related production issues within agreed SLAs.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Troubleshoot issues related to product rules, price rules, quote calculations, configuration, and pricing.
- Collaborate with Salesforce, business, and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
- Monitor recurring issues and identify opportunities for process/product improvements.
- Support releases, deployments, and production changes as required.
- Maintain proper documentation for incidents, resolutions, and known issues.
- Work proactively to ensure system stability and availability.
