- Ozone Techno Park Address: No.1/13, Old Mahabalipuram Road, Navallur, Chennai – 603103 Required Technical Skill Set – ServiceNow ITAM/HAM/SAM Job Responsibilities - Implement and customize ITAM modules (HAM & SAM Pro) on ServiceNow
- Manage asset lifecycle processes including procurement, inventory, deployment, and retirement
- Configure software license management, compliance tracking, and normalization
- Develop solutions using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer
- Integrate ServiceNow with procurement systems, discovery tools, and third-party vendors
- Work with CMDB and Discovery teams to ensure data accuracy and reconciliation
- Build reports and dashboards for asset visibility, compliance, and optimization Date:
