Role & Responsibilities

- Design and deploy AI/ML pipelines within ServiceNow to automate ticket routing, root cause analysis, and resolution recommendation engines.
- Integrate generative AI models (e.g. Now LLM, OpenAI, Azure AI) into ServiceNow workflows for smart agent assistance and chatbot augmentation.
- Develop custom AI applications using ServiceNow’s Predictive Intelligence, Studio, and App Engine, leveraging Python, JavaScript, and Glide scripting.
- Collaborate with ITSM/ITOM teams to translate business rules and SLAs into AI-driven orchestration logic with measurable SLA adherence.
- Optimize model performance,



reduce false positives, and ensure explainability through feedback loops and data governance practices.
- Stay ahead of ServiceNow’s AI roadmap — beta testing new capabilities, contributing to POCs, and evangelizing best practices across engineering teams.
