- Define and govern enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture standards.
- Design scalable, secure, and reusable ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead architecture discussions and provide guidance to implementation teams.
- Conduct architecture reviews and technical assessments.
- Define integration, data, security, and platform strategies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and product teams.
- Drive ServiceNow implementation programs and transformation initiatives.
- Support platform upgrades, migrations, and architecture modernization activities.
- Mentor developers, consultants, and technical leads.
