Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Service Department In-Charge to oversee and manage our EV scooter service operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of electric scooter servicing, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair, along with the ability to manage service technicians and ensure efficient resolution of customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the EV scooter service department.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to electric scooters.
- Handle electrical, mechanical, battery, controller, motor, wiring,



and other EV-related issues.
- Guide and supervise service technicians and ensure quality of work.
- Identify recurring technical issues and coordinate with relevant teams for effective solutions.
- Ensure timely completion of service and repair jobs.
- Maintain proper service records, job cards, and technical reports.
- Handle escalated customer service and technical complaints.
- Ensure adherence to company service standards and safety procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and training to service staff when required.
- Coordinate with dealers and other departments to resolve technical and service-related issues.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in EV scooter service, automotive service, or a related field.
- Diploma / Engineering Graduate in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Good understanding of electric vehicle systems and components.
- Ability to lead and manage a service team.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in the EV industry will be an added advantage.
