Job Title: Service Coordinator – Marine Industry

Location: Kochi

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Coordinator to support our marine service operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate service activities, ensure timely execution of jobs, and act as a key link between customers, service engineers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day service operations and support the service and sales teams
- Plan and schedule service jobs, including mobilization of engineers and resources
- Prepare and follow up on service quotations, work orders, and documentation
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries, job status, and technical support coordination
- Liaise with procurement, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts and service materials
- Track service job progress, completion status,



and invoicing
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, customer interactions, and reports in the system
- Coordinate after-service support, including warranty claims and spare parts requirements
- Ensure timely communication with clients to maintain high customer satisfaction

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (EEE/ECE/Mechanical), Maritime Studies, or Business Administration
- 0–4 years of experience in service coordination, preferably in marine, shipping, or offshore industry

Pay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
