Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to understand their requirements.
- Explain and professionally pitch the company’s products and services.
- Generate customer interest, handle queries, and provide accurate product information.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and work towards successful conversions.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing, pitching, and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Prior experience in customer calling, telecalling, sales, or service will be preferred.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to build positive customer relationships.
