(SB Test)

- Creation & revision/legacy of Service Bulletin Test dossiers as per the requirements in the SB.
- Good knowledge of Configuration analysis as per airbus SB standard to identify the pre & post-drawings required for SB Test.
- Familiarize with Airbus standards of S1000D and iSpec 2200
- Knowledge on Technical Analysis of the criteria and the related data sources required for SB test (TRS, RDAF, TRM, ITD/ITS etc).
- Knowledge of SAP PCS and Authoring Tools in TAKSY, GIDOCA, GYPSY, Airn@V, ZAMIZ, PASS SSCI, APS.
- Positive knowledge of AMM task structure.
- Knowledge to develop HPP (Hard Pin Programming) from the available source provided by Airbus.
- Creation or revision of Airbus SEMB/SLUD SB Test for WB, SA, LR, MB & XWB.
- Access study to specify the work location.
- Active Participation in customer communication for any queries.
- Analyzing, electrical and Mechanical Mockup required for SB test.
- Maintaining the quality (RFT) and KPIs for the task assigned.
- Managing the workload and maintaining the OTD (on time deliveries) and quality.
- Workflow process knowledge like DCT, DCP, DCA, INC & DCR for SB Test.
- Familiar with root cause analysis like 5 Why and 8D method (NCR).
