Role Description This is a full-time, in office SEO Intern role based at Poornima University in Jaipur. The SEO Intern will assist in improving the university’s online visibility by conducting keyword research, performing basic on-page SEO optimization, and supporting regular SEO audits of university websites and pages. Daily activities include monitoring website performance using analytics tools,



helping with link-building initiatives, and collaborating with marketing and content teams to align SEO efforts with communication goals.

The intern will also document findings, prepare simple reports, and stay updated on SEO best practices and search engine algorithm changes.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform keyword research and basic on-page SEO optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO audits and identifying technical or content-related issues.
- Understanding of link building practices and ethical off-page SEO techniques.
- Comfort working with web analytics tools to track traffic, rankings, and user behavior.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Interest in digital marketing and willingness to learn current SEO trends and tools.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and content management systems is an advantage.
