About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO Team Lead to lead our SEO team, manage SEO strategies for multiple projects, and drive organic growth, rankings, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team and distribute tasks effectively.
- Develop and execute on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis.
- Create and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Monitor and analyze Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Manage link-building and off-page SEO campaigns while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits and identify website optimization opportunities.
- Work closely with content writers and developers to implement SEO recommendations.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and overall SEO performance.
- Prepare weekly/monthly SEO reports and present insights to management and clients.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends,



and industry best practices.
- Review team performance and ensure projects meet SEO goals and deadlines.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with team-handling experience.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO.
- Excellent understanding of keyword research and search intent.
- Experience with Google Search Console & Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Strong understanding of SEO reporting, KPIs, and performance analysis.

Preferred
- Experience managing SEO teams or multiple SEO projects.
- Experience with international/B2B websites.
- Knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML/CSS.
- Understanding of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
