Role Description The Senior Web Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for designing and enhancing user-centric web interfaces for StrategicERP’s products and marketing properties, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and overall design standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs; collaborating with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate requirements into intuitive layouts; and optimizing designs for usability, accessibility, and performance across devices.

Designer will also oversee responsive design implementation, provide design direction to junior designers, and work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate and efficient execution of visual concepts. Regular tasks include reviewing existing interfaces, suggesting improvements, and staying current with design trends and best practices relevant to enterprise and SaaS solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Web Design and Responsive Web Design, with a portfolio demonstrating complex, user-focused interfaces.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Hands-on experience with Front-End Development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
- Experience designing for web-based enterprise or SaaS products, ideally in B2B or ERP environments.
- Ability to translate business requirements into explicit user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices across desktop and mobile devices.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
