About the Role

My Film Production is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of video editing, storytelling, transitions, sound design, color grading and social media content.

You will work on Real Estate Ads, Social Media Reels, Promotional Videos, Corporate Videos and other commercial video projects.

Key Responsibilities

Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, advertisements and promotional videos.

Create engaging and creative edits according to the project requirements.

Handle video cutting, transitions, music, sound effects, subtitles and graphics.

Perform basic to advanced color correction and color grading.

Create videos suitable for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms.

Work closely with the creative and production team.

Understand scripts and convert raw footage into engaging visual stories.

Maintain quality and deliver projects within deadlines.

Manage and organize project files and footage properly.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.





Knowledge of After Effects will be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator is preferred.

Good understanding of social media video formats and trends.

Creative mindset with good visual sense.

Good knowledge of music selection, sound effects and timing.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

1–3 years of professional video editing experience.

Experience in advertising, real estate, social media or commercial video production will be preferred.

Candidates with a strong portfolio/showreel will be given preference.

Candidates should be willing to work from our office in Charholi, Pune.
