Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of video projects from brief to final delivery.
- Lead the editing direction for brand campaigns, advertisements, social media content, and high-quality video productions.
- Develop creative editing approaches based on brand objectives and audience.
- Handle advanced editing, motion graphics, sound design, color grading, and visual effects.
- Collaborate with creative strategists, designers, content teams, and account teams.
- Guide junior editors and review their work to maintain quality standards.
- Establish and maintain editing standards and workflows within the team.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
- Provide creative inputs during the conceptualization and pre-production stages.
- Keep the team updated with emerging video trends, formats, tools, and techniques.
- Ensure all final videos meet the required creative, technical, and brand standards.

Requirements

- 4+ years of skilled video-editing experience, preferably in an agency, production house, or digital marketing environment.




- Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects or equivalent professional tools.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, cinematography, pacing, sound, color, and motion graphics.
- Ability to independently manage projects and take creative decisions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- A solid portfolio demonstrating high-quality commercial and social media work.
