Job Profile: Senior UI/UX Designer

Work Mode: Hybrid, 6 months contract

Location: Gurgaon, India

Preferred Experience: 8-10 years The Role:

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with proficiency in Figma and presentation-oriented design tools to lead design vision and prototype development for new business opportunities, proposals, and solution concepts. The role involves visualizing abstract ideas into actionable design concepts, creating modern digital experiences, and supporting client presentations, business development, and pre-sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

•Experience designing modern digital experiences across web and application platforms.

•Solid understanding of UX thinking, interaction patterns, and visual storytelling techniques.

•Comfortable with AI-driven design generation and working with evolving ideas in early-stage discussions.

•Experience in beautifying client deliverables and creating reusable design artifacts and templates.

•Lead the design vision and prototype development for new business opportunities, proposals, and solution concepts.

•Create and iterate on UI concepts, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for pitches and ideation workshops.

•Convert abstract ideas and strategic discussions into polished visual directions and high-quality concepts.





•Support the creation of pitch decks, workflows, user journeys, and experience storytelling for client presentations.

•Contribute to brainstorming and solution ideation across various platforms, including apps, software, websites, and AI agents.

•Work collaboratively with the solutions consulting team to enhance business development and pre-sales initiatives.

•Ensure high-quality design deliverables and generate reusable artifacts and templates for future use.

•Stay current with industry trends and incorporate best practices in digital design and user experience

•Proficiency in Figma and presentation-oriented design tools.
