Navkashi ko ek confident, energetic aur result-oriented Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive ki zarurat hai. Candidate ko Hindi aur English mein fluent communication ke saath internet marketing, computer, lead generation aur inbound/outbound calling ki knowledge honi chahiye.

Main Responsibilities

- Customers aur prospects ko inbound aur outbound calls handle karna.
- Potential customers ke liye lead generation karna.
- Generated leads par regular follow-up karna.
- Customer ki requirement samajhna aur suitable information provide karna.
- Interested customers ko convert karne mein sales team ko support karna.
- Internet Marketing ke basic concepts aur online lead generation methods ka use karna.
- Computer par customer data, leads aur follow-ups ko properly maintain karna.
- Calling details aur daily activity ka record maintain karna.
- Customer queries ko professionally aur politely handle karna.
- Daily calling/follow-up targets ko achieve karna.
- Management ke according other sales and marketing activities mein support karna.





Candidate Requirements
- Fluent Hindi & English communication skills compulsory.
- Internet Marketing ki basic knowledge.
- Computer aur internet ka good working knowledge.
- Lead Generation ka knowledge/experience preferred.
- Inbound & Outbound Dialing ka experience preferred.
- Valuable convincing, communication aur follow-up skills.
- Confident aur positive attitude hona chahiye.
- Target-oriented aur hardworking hona chahiye.
- Freshers with strong communication and computer skills can also apply.
- Telecalling, Sales, Lead Generation ya Digital Marketing experience wale candidates ko preference milegi.
