Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients. Your main goal is to make outbound calls, generate quality leads, explain our products or services, and convert enquiries into sales.Both experienced candidates and bright freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Explain company products, services, pricing, and benefits clearly.
- Understand customer needs, answer questions, and solve basic concerns.
- Follow up with interested leads and schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate daily records of calls and customer feedback in the CRM/Excel.




- Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: High school pass (12th) or any Graduate.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Tamil with a polite and confident tone.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, or CRM software.
- Soft Skills: Active listener, persuasive, and able to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
