Job Title: Workforce Time Management Test Lead (Remote, 12-Month Contract)

About the Role

We're looking for a Workforce Time Management Test Lead to join a global Time Management testing effort on a large-scale enterprise transformation programme. You'll work directly with programme vendors to ensure an integrated Workforce testing approach, aligned to the approved Test Strategy and an AI-infused Test Automation framework.

What You'll Do

- Align vendor test strategy and test plans, and track progress
- Coordinate AI-enabled and manual testing across phases, locations, and risk levels
- Review and validate automated WF test results against requirements
- Manage cross-workstream testing dependencies, risks, issues, and assumptions
- Oversee test preparation and execution for SIT, E2E, UAT, regression, and clock testing
- Manage the WF test environment and test data calendar
- Liaise with vendors on defect triage, retesting, and resolution tracking
- Ensure full test traceability and coverage in Azure DevOps (ADO)




- Coordinate Global UAT with SMEs, super users, and data validators
- Support test phase exit and final sign-off decisions

What We're Looking For

- Experience testing large-scale, multi-location HR, workforce management, payroll, or enterprise transformation programmes
- Robust understanding of Workforce Time Management testing — clock testing, SIT, E2E, UAT, regression, defect management, entry/exit criteria, and sign-off governance
- Experience working with external vendors, system integrators, internal IT teams, and business SMEs
- Ability to coordinate testing across multiple workstreams (Workforce, Payroll, HR, integrations, environments, test data)
- Strong understanding of risk-based testing and prioritisation
- Exposure to AI-enabled test automation and automated regression testing
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar test management tools
- Experience supporting multi-country rollout programmes
