Job Summary The Sr. Technician/Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of elevators and escalators. The role ensures safe and eicient operation of equipment while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Maintenance

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of elevators and escalators.

Carry out installation, testing, and commissioning activities as assigned.

Ensure equipment operates safely and eiciently.

Troubleshooting & Repairs

Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.

Attend service calls and rectify issues within stipulated timelines.

Replace defective components and perform corrective maintenance.

Safety & Compliance

Follow company safety policies and site regulations.

Conduct routine safety inspections and report hazards.

Maintain service records and documentation accurately.

Customer Support

Coordinate with customers regarding maintenance activities.

Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.

Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.

Reporting

Submit daily service reports and maintenance checklists.

Update supervisors on pending issues and site requirements.

Qualications

¢

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related discipline.

Experience in elevators, escalators, electrical maintenance, or industrial equipment preferred.
