- Lead end-to-end delivery of Java-based API integration and migration projects.

- Manage project planning, scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Architects, Developers, QA, DevOps, and Business Stakeholders.

- Drive migration of legacy applications to modern API-driven and microservices architectures.

- Ensure successful integration between internal systems and external/third-party platforms.

- Collaborate with technical teams on solution design, architecture reviews, and implementation strategies.

- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

- Facilitate daily standup ceremonies and ensure adherence to delivery commitments.

- Manage release planning, deployment activities,



and production cutover support.

- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and quality standards throughout the migration lifecycle.

- Solid understanding of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and API Security (OAuth/JWT).

- Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- 13+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Technical Project/Program Management delivering large-scale migration initiatives.
