Responsibilities

- Provide L2 support for Outlook, Exchange Online (Mail), Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Copilot.

- Troubleshoot and resolve email, calendar, mailbox, and Outlook client issues.

- Support Microsoft Teams meetings, chat, channels, calling, and collaboration features.

- Troubleshoot OneDrive synchronization, sharing, storage, and file recovery issues.

- Troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID(Azure AD) including user accounts, groups, MFA, and access management.

- Perform Discovery, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing and deployment of solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve: Mail flow issues, Security incidents (phishing, malware, spoofing), Intune deployment and compliance issues.

- Provide support for Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.

- Assist users with Microsoft Copilot onboarding, access, and functionality issues.

- Support Power Platform services including basic troubleshooting of Power Apps and Power Automate.

- Monitor service health, investigate incidents, and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.





- Handle service requests and incidents within agreed SLAs and ITIL processes.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

- Coordinate with Microsoft support and L3 teams for complex issue resolution.

Requirements

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft Copilot).

- Experience in managing SharePoint Online sites, permissions, document libraries, and access-related issues, perform user provisioning, deprovisioning, password resets, and account administration.

- Experience in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 licensing, subscription assignments, and license compliance.
