Role & responsibilities

We're looking for a self-driven Support Engineer to handle installation, servicing, and aftersales technical support for our dairy automation equipment (milking parlors, automated systems, and allied electrical/instrumentation components) at customer sites across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide in office and remote service support for automated milking systems and dairy farm equipment.
- Travel across India (Pan-India) to install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment at customer farms.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, automation, and instrumentation-related issues in the field.
- Build strong functional and technical knowledge of the product line to proactively identify and prevent issues.
- Communicate clearly with customers, farm staff, and internal teams/seniors to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain service records and provide feedback to the product/engineering team/seniors.

- Preferred candidate profile

Requirements





- 5-6 years of relevant experience (candidates with up to 78 years or higher may also be considered).
- Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills
- Background in Automation, Electrical, Instrumentation engineering, or Bio-medical industries (diploma/degree).
- Prior experience in the Dairy Industry or Bio/Process Industry strongly preferred.
- Good functional knowledge of electrical systems
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across India
- Clear communication skills; working proficiency in English is an advantage
